  8. 4. Crow first suspected James Shin Hoo as the bomber because in order for him to get more business, he had to bomb the coffee shop. But in order to create a diversion so none would suspect him, he bombed his own restaurant.

  10. #4 Crow and Otis thought that the bomber at first was James Shin Hoo because he wanted to get the coffee shop out of business, he bombed his own restaurant, and he catered the wexler party. Otis said that no one would notice if a cater brought an extra box along with him/her.
