  5. #1. The rules are sixteen players will be broken into pairs, each will receive $10,000 and a set of clues, and if any player drops out so must the partner. Absent pairs forfeit the money but their clues will be held until the next session, which will be announced two days beforehand. At that point, each pair must have one answer ready.

  6. #2. I think Theo Theodorakis and Doug Hoo will make a good partnership because, Doug is athletic, and Theo is very smart. With their brains and athleticness, they have the skills to pay the bills.

    1. I think Sydelle Pulaski and Angela Wexler will make a better pair because Sydelle has a copy of Samuel Westing's will, and both Sydelle and Angela are smart. They also have a lot of the other pairs clues.

  8. #4 Angela and Sydelles strategy is to find out the other players clues and to pair it up with theirs, then tell everyone who the murder is.

  9. #3 I think that turtle and flora will run into problems because turtle wants to do stuff that's daring and rebellious and flora is old fashioned and mothering and probably will tell turtle to not play "dirty" and try and cheat and to play fairly.

  10. #5 Someone who is pompous is kind of a know it all, snotty, and thinks they are better than everyone else. Judge J.J. Ford is described as pompous on page 34 when everyone else had simple titles, like cook and dressmaker, and she has a very long and specific title.
